The Experience Design Manager leads the co-creation of inclusive experiences and exhibits engagements that align with OMSI’s brand values of equity, diversity, accessibility, inclusion, fiscal responsibility, innovation, and scientific accuracy. This includes: advocating for and designing with more significant community input and representation; infusing physical and virtual spaces with human-centered design principles to deliver high-quality content development and design; an inspiring visitor experience; and facilitating productive, creative sessions with internal and external stakeholders. This role balances both creative production and management of the Experience Design Team and their creative production. The position is regular, full-time, and pays $75,423 per year.
