Celebrating roses! and the Rose Festival!

There are two categories, in this show that will be juried: “Hope Reigns” (the Rose Festival Theme) and “Rose Festival/ Portland scenes”.
Mediums will include oil, acrylic, encaustic, water media, mixed media collage (must be the artist’s original work), printmaking, pastel, colored pencil, and charcoal/dry media. This show is being juried by Ron Stocke.

Annually we commission an artist to paint the portrait of the queen. This piece will be presented to the 2020 Rose Festival Queen Anya the evening of June 3 and will be on display through June before it is moved to the Rose Festival offices.
